Thank you for your interest in our products! Here's the rules as they stand right now, but we reserve the right to ammend them as necessary -
ordering
We are in the process of upgrading to a shopping cart system but the busy holiday season got in the way. It should be done soon, but in the mean time, bear with us. Please let us know if you have any questions or need any help!
To order - Email customer service with your order. We will email you back a total including shipping and instructions on how to pay via Paypal. Once payment has been received and verified, your order will be shipped. You may also mail us a check or money order, but checks must clear before the order will ship. If you are wanting to pay with a credit card during a craft show, we can also give you a total so that you may pay online with paypal. Then just bring your Paypal receipt to the show to pick up your merchandise.
shipping
Because soap can be heavy, we prefer to use flat rate priority mail boxes whenever possible. Lighter items will be quoted via the USPS published rates. Insurance and delivery confirmation is extra so please let us know if you want it. We are not resposible for damage caused by the USPS. Currently shipping is going out within 48 hours but should there be any delay in your order, you will be notified immediately.
returns
We don't have an official return policy - we've never really needed one and that is a great thing. Basically, if you absolutely hate the products you ordered or they are defective in some way, contact us. We'll work with you, within reason. We do reserve the right to stop working with you should you begin to act like a looney. Basically, we'll do whatever we can to make it right as long as you are nice about it.
houston area - pickup & delivery
Houston area customers may pick up their order to save on shipping. I live just north of downtown, inside the loop, and work from home so pickup hours are pretty flexible. I am also happy to meet someone out somewhere if it is an area of town I am heading to already. This is within reason, of course, and will have to be discussed on an individual basis.
Additionally, for some longstanding corporate clients and large/multiple orders from one office/home, sometimes delivery is available. Again, this will have to be discussed on an individual basis under special circumstances.
